GlaxoSmithKline PLC has received two significant marketing approvals from the Food and Drug Administration. Requip has been cleared as a treatment for moderate-to-severe restless legs syndrome in adults. Boostrix has been given the O.K. as the first combination vaccine to help protect adolescents against whooping cough.
